Returns & Refunds

30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. The required condition depends on the item.

Coolers, drinkware, bags and outdoor equipment

Return items in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Items may have been unboxed and tested to see whether they suit you. They must not be damaged and must be clean and dry, including any items used with food or water.

Restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in their proper condition.

Consumables and sealed care products, where sold

These must be unopened, with factory seals intact, in their original packaging. We cannot accept opened bottles, sachets, tubs or packs for hygiene and product safety reasons.

Neither rule affects your rights where an item is faulty, expired, leaking, damaged or not what you ordered.

How to start a return

Email support@campdocksupply.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will reply with instructions. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for standard change-of-mind returns. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more business days to show it.

Faulty, expired or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, past its expiry date where applicable, or is not what you ordered, contact us with photos. We replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid, and cover return shipping.

Wrong accessory for your gear

Compatibility on each product page reflects the manufacturer's information. If an accessory does not suit your gear and the pack is unopened, the 30-day return policy applies. If our page stated an incorrect compatibility, we cover the return in full.

Shipping Policy

Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 7–10 business days. If an order will take longer than 10 business days, we email you before it ships so you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

We ship within the contiguous United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. The full total, including shipping and taxes, is shown before you confirm your order.

Large items

Large coolers and bulky outdoor equipment ship at their own freight rate based on dimensions and destination. The full amount is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm.

Restricted products and air freight

Where carrier rules require ground transport for outdoor care products, those items ship by ground only. This does not change the 7–10 business day domestic delivery window.

Order changes and wrong addresses

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order, or correct an address. Once an order ships, we cannot change the address.

Delays outside our control

Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays can push delivery beyond 7–10 business days. We keep you updated by email.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your item arrives damaged or leaking, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We will replace it or refund you in full.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in USD and may change. If an item is out of stock or priced incorrectly after you order, we contact you and offer a replacement or full refund. We do not charge a different price without asking first.

Orders we may decline

We may decline or cancel orders if stock is unavailable, an order appears fraudulent or we cannot ship to the address provided. If payment has been taken, we refund it in full.
